Welcome to Scientific Health Club. Join our community and start your transformation today!
At Scientific Health Club, we believe that access to accurate, evidence-based health information shouldn’t be reserved for doctors and researchers – it should be available to everyone.
We exist for one reason: to cut through the noise of fad diets, supplement hype, and conflicting health advice, and give you the science-backed truth about metabolic health, nutrition, and longevity.
Scientific Health Club was founded by Youssef Amir after a deeply personal experience watching metabolic disease devastate someone he loved. What started as a desperate search for real answers became an 8-year journey through peer-reviewed research, clinical studies, and the emerging science of metabolic health.
The frustration was always the same: the best information was buried in academic journals most people couldn’t access – or buried under affiliate-stuffed listicles designed to sell supplements, not educate readers.
So Youssef built the resource he wished had existed.
Evidence first. Every article is grounded in peer-reviewed research from trusted sources including the NIH, Mayo Clinic, StatPearls, and Cleveland Clinic.
No fluff. We explain the mechanisms – not just the what, but the why – so you can make genuinely informed decisions.
No hidden agendas. When we reference products, we tell you. Our editorial content is never shaped by advertiser relationships.
Accessibility. Complex science, written so anyone can act on it.
In-depth breakdowns of metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and cardiometabolic risk
Evidence-based supplement research – what works, what doesn’t, and at what doses
Nutritional science covering ketogenic, ancestral, and whole-foods approaches
Practical weight loss strategies rooted in physiology, not willpower
Every article published on Scientific Health Club is:
Researched against current peer-reviewed literature
Cited with primary sources (NIH, Mayo Clinic, StatPearls, and others)
Written to inform, not to sell
We are committed to updating our content as new research emerges.
Scientific Health Club is an independent publication. We may earn a commission from affiliate links at no extra cost to you – this never influences our editorial recommendations.
